Three ways to lose weight… FAST!

Good news my friends its not as complicated as you think. You dont need to put this off any longer why wait to feel amazing? In fact its really very simple when an expert walks you through the necessary steps one at a time
I sometimes call myself the Health Facilitator or as a friend would call me, “the food police”… I take the extreme knowledge of natural health and I simplify it for the everyday busy parents and individuals that we all are.
I will help you with the BIG STUFF the necessary changes and the other minor items can slide I use a unique 80/20 rule 80% awesome food for your body and 20% other.
Starting with step one
Step 1) Do not SABOTAGE your environment with garbage foods!
First, what is your environment? Its where you spend most of your time. Is it home or work? Are you traveling on the road all the time? I have a rule, I will not purchase anything thats a temptation for me and allow it to enter my home. I struggle with lack of will power at times too Im only human. I know that if a box of chocolate candy bars is in my home or cookies, I will eat them. The worse part is that I will eat them in front of the TV or computer. I call this mindless eating which is a huge indicator of weight gain. I cover this and help my clients eliminate this habit in my group coaching.
So get clear of where you spend most of your time and make sure the foods that are your biggest weakness ARE NOT present. This will power starts at the grocery store I will educate you more on that in my future trainings.
Speaking of will power, why would you torture yourself with having an abundance of food around you that isnt healthy?Its easier to say NO at the grocery store, than at 10 oclock at night when you have the urge to eat something sweet and youre feeling emotional. Am I right?
Step 2) NO sugar NO SUGAR NO NO NO Sugar you can do this, just say NO!
No processed sugar- white sugar and especially NOT artificial sweeteners. Do not trick yourself and buy sugar-free items either. That just means that theyve replaced sugar with a harmful chemical that tastes like sugar. Those artificial sweeteners can add more weight to your waistline than you may realize!
Im not referring to just sweets watch your food ingredients. See how much sugar is in each packaged item that you eat. For example, 4 grams is one packet of sugar (the kind that you see on the table at a restaurant). Do the math. If your favorite yogurt is only 3.5 ounces and has 13 grams of sugar, thats 3 packets of sugar in one tiny yogurt cup!! Thats the sneaky part about our food choices. We think we are eating healthy but forget about the added sugar content. When I coach my clients to better health, they receive a series of researched education that can help them make better choices without having to feel overwhelmed.
Step 3) Lift weights!
Yes I said it. Do whatever it takes to create more muscle mass to your body. Muscles need calories to burn and this is the only way to actually burn calories while youre sleeping. I’m not suggesting that you turn into the Incredible Hulk! 🙂
You dont have to join a gym to add muscle mass to your body. You can do a lot of weight baring exercises from your own living room. Push-ups, sit ups arm curls with weights or find heavy objects in your home. Its easy to do this without purchasing gym equipment. I show my clients how to do this from home to have the arms youve always wanted and abs its not too difficult and it only takes 30 minutes out of your day
So guys this is just a tiny sneak peak of what I coach and train on. I start with learning tools on how to make better choices, and take short cuts if necessary to achieve a healthier body. My clients also love the private coaching online forum where we share our dreams and achievements within a private sector.
Dont put off what you can start today I will never overload you with too much information just take baby steps. Once youve mastered those, I will send you more and you will start to see a MAJOR difference in how you feel and how you look.
